COMPENSATION
Jim shared his approach to determining proposed compensation for the staff, and also provided information about the benefits program. He left the meeting at about 10:20. The board meeting continued, and the group made two changes to the proposals, and discussion the E.D. compensation
The board members emphasized the importance of ensuring the entrance qualifications of applicants, and wish to have Mandy continue being involved in application assessment and continuing education.
